2024 Headshot & Business Branding Photography Pricing Guide
Basic Headshot Sessions
Group on-location business portrait headshot sessions are a $75 Session Fee +$100 per person with high volume discounts beginning with 40 or more people.
Approximately 12 shots per person are taken following the client’s corporate photography guidelines. The images are instantly previewed for each individual to select their preferred headshot.
The fee includes the session, digital file (1 per person) and the retouching. Group shots are done similarly at $100 for each kept image. Images are copyright released for commercial use.
The final edited images will be delivered as high resolution JPEG files within two weeks of the end of the session. Payment is due in full 30 days upon receipt of invoice.
High volume discounts begin at 40 headshots at a 10% discount and are prorated with each additional headshot up to 30% off with 60 or more total headshots.
